We are excited to announce we’ve added Michael Robin Manning as Vice-President of Marketing, from Rocksauce Studios and Tom Crumley as Account Executive from Adlucent to our growing team at Ebco.
These key team members come from some of the most exciting companies in Austin, and are joining Ebco at a time of tremendous growth with new services and products to continue their mission of inspiring and energizing innovation teams, marketers and leaders of the biggest brands around the globe.
"At this exciting time for Ebco, we just won the Austin Under 40 award in the Innovation and Start-up category, and we have launched our brand new product, Trend of the Month club," said Co-Founder and CEO, Erin Mays. "These talented new additions will be key in helping us continue to grow, cultivate innovation and build upon our leading position in the industry."
Joining as Vice President of Marketing, Michael Robin Manning comes to Ebco from Rocksauce Studios, where she was President and Head of Marketing, responsible for 3x growth in team size, revenue and client base; she led strategy, development, global brand awareness, and operations for the company until their acquisition on April 1, 2019.

Tom Crumley joins Ebco from Adlucent where he focused on building strategic and strong relationships to engage with clients needs. From managing a portfolio of eCommerce digital advertising to producing technical manuals for the world’s leading Identity Access Saas platforms, Tom brings a diversity of skills and tenacity that will push Ebco’s success even further!
