Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is not new or flashy. However, for a while now, I have been taking a tablespoon a day of apple cider vinegar in the morning. I take the stuff every day for its almost infinite amount of benefits. It is good for your skin to tighten pores (however, don't use it right after shaving. IT BURNS!), the reduction of stomach ailments, helps fight against various bacteria, and so much more. The funniest benefit from apple cider vinegar is to help with sleep. It is funny because it is supposed to help wake you up if taken in the morning AND it helps make you fall asleep if taken at night. I have been taking it so long that I am not sure what the immediate benefits are, but I am taking it habitually to insure my future.

Laser Focus by OLLY

Working on understanding nootropics and how they affect me daily, I have been trying supplements to enhance my focus. Inspired by the beautiful packaging and branding of the OLLY bottles, I decided to give these gummy's a shot. I can't say I see an immediate improvement, but I do feel like I can get through my work day in short laser focused bursts without letting too many distractions get in the way. I am looking forward to seeing how the long term benefits of using this supplement may increase my productivity and levels of focus.

Paint Box Nail Art

On our last team client project in New York City, we got together and took part in a great team building activity for self-care. Since we were in the city we enjoyed this a high-design and beautiful nail studio founded by Eleanor Langston, a veteran magazine beauty editor. The studio's goal is to transcend and transform every aspect of the traditional manicure experience. It was definitely worth the experience!

Thundershirt for Dogs

When we first brought our rescue dog home he was nervous and a bit scared, causing him to react by barking and growling at unfamiliar noises. We tried many approaches to help our pup settle in, including an innovative product called “Thundershirt.” Similar to human counterparts such as weighted blankets or swaddling babies, the Thundershirt applies gentle, constant pressure by wrapping your dog in a snug-fitting jacket. This vet-recommended product can be used everyday, or more stressful times like travel, thunderstorms, or fireworks.

Lifestyle, air320 Launch

We were very excited to get this product and use it in the office. With Bissel’s improved filtration system, efficiency and seriously library quiet noise we love having this system. But the thing we love the most about this product is the aesthetic. Beautifully designed with the consumer in mind, there’s a reusable fabric front, faux wood legs and a soft touch dial . We’re not mad about it being around the office to provide us well circulated air.

Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs "No Cheese" Cheesiness

These are my favorite puffs because they are Paleo approved and have a phenomenal flavor from nutritional yeast. Organic, non-dairy seasoning brings the cheesy flavor and leaves the cheesy baggage behind. The egg white curls are also pretty tasty and allows me to sneak in additional protein when I feed them to my son.

Summer Fridays CC Me Vitamin C Serum

Because I really do love my skin and want to optimize it’s health, beauty and longevity I love this Vitamin C serum! Mostly because it is a plant-based product and smells like citrus, reminiscent of my California days growing up. The benefits are that using this product makes my skin super smooth because of it’s rich anti-oxidant activities.
